LIFT OFF TEACHERS

LIFT OFF relies heavily on the support of the contact teachers in our partner schools. We really appreciate the support we get from you -thank you!
As part of LIFT OFF's programme, each social education class between S3 and S6 will be allocated one general workshop per year. These are designed to raise awareness of, and aspiration to, higher education. The programme is progressive, from the S3 workshop which focusses on self-awareness and awareness of opportunities, to the S6 one which develops some of the practical skills that pupils will need once they become students.
If you want to know more about the workshops we have included a few of the guides below.
S3 General workshop teacher guide
S4 General workshop teacher guide
S5 General workshop teacher guide
S6 General workshop teacher guide
As well as general workshops, LIFT OFF will also be in touch to set-up our one-to-one core pupil meetings, our LOLS sessions for senior pupils and, of course, to organise our LO2S summer residential.
We hope to build this section of the website into a valuable resource for teachers. Please contact us if there’s anything you would like to see included on the site.
